As part of this investigation, we examined three channels - **@Lume, @Roxx_channel and @ago_channel** - which appear to be associated with your company, Lume Studio. 1. Is this correct? 2. What is your affiliation with these channels? 2. These three channels seem to regularly appropriate our thumbnails - they seem to take them, then likely let AI change or add elements (**annex_1**). 1. How do you comment? 3. They also take thumbnails from others, such as **@MrBeast, @Hoog and @MarkRober** among others (**annex_2**). In one instance a video with such a thumbnail got over 2 million views according to Viewstats. 1. How do you comment? 4. We found a video (**annex_3**) by the channel **@Lume-channel** published on **20.09.2026** that is a copy of our video "**The Kid Who Hacked the Pentagon (and paid with his life)**" published on **22.07.2025** (**annex_4**). The video even carries the same title ("**How a Kid Hacked NASA & Pentagon (and paid with his life)**"). **We suspect AI has been used to copy our work.** 1. How do you comment? ⚠️ Дата «20.09.2026» стоїть у листі саме так, дослівно — це майбутнє відносно дати самого листа. Наше відео вийшло 20.09.2025. Ми це вже фіксували як їхню помилку. 5. Additionally we found that some of these videos are spreading misinformation or are historically incorrect. This issue of misinformation seems especially relevant, when it comes to sensitive topics, such as the Holocaust. We found the video "**The Man Who Escaped Auschwitz Hidden in a Woodpile**". The video description says: "A true historical documentary about courage, moral failure, and one escape that changed history forever". It has been published as a collaboration between three channels, including **@ago_channel and @Lume** on **09/02/2026**. This video includes several inaccurate claims and visuals about the holocaust, including a wrong number of how many people died in Auschwitz. 1. How do you comment? 2. The video has been reviewed by a German Holocaust expert, who stated it contained historical inaccuracies. How do you comment? 3. Do you acknowledge that factual errors in Holocaust-related content can contribute to public misunderstanding of one of the most documented genocides in history? 4. Do you believe creators who publish AI-assisted documentary content have a special responsibility when covering topics such as genocide, war crimes and historical atrocities? 5. Ім'я експерта в листі не назване. Перевірити, чи є в annex посилання на конкретну особу чи інституцію. --- ## ДОДАТКОВІ ПИТАННЯ ### Regarding the use of AI and content: 1. What role does AI play in the research, writing, editing and publication of videos across your channels? 2. During our research, we spoke with an insider familiar with your production process, who provided us with information about how your channels are operated. According to this source, writers working on your channels are expected to produce one script per day and two writers are responsible for producing content across three channels. The source also told us that AI tools are used as part of the scriptwriting process. 1. Is it correct that writers are expected to produce one script per day? 2. Is it correct that they use AI tools to write these scripts? 3. How many writers currently work across your channels? 3. Do you use existing YouTube videos as source material when creating new content? 1. If so, what safeguards are in place to ensure that your videos do not reproduce the work of other creators? 2. How do you distinguish between inspiration and replication when creating videos based on existing content? 4. How do you respond to concerns that some of your videos closely mirror the titles, structure, storytelling and presentation of existing creators' work? 5. How are thumbnails created for your channels? 1. Are existing thumbnails from other creators used as inputs, references or training material during this process? 6. If inaccuracies are identified in your content, what criteria determine whether you issue corrections, updates or removals? 7. We ran a network analysis of collaborations with your channels and found that they collaborate with a channel called **TrueCrimeVault**. 1. Is this a client of Lume Studio? 2. If not, what is the nature of your relationship with this channel? ### About legal form/ ownership: 1. Your website does not disclose a company name or even contact email. We found it registered to a provider in Ukraine. What is the legal form behind your business and in what country is it registered? 2. We found an instagram account **@goldyaim** by **Artem Igorevich** linked to your company. 1. What is his position? 2. Is it correct that Mr Igorevich is originally from Ukraine? 3. Is it further correct that he used a different name on an older VK profile (**Artem Mihalyuk**)? 4. Is it correct that he runs a Telegram account ("**GoldyAI**") about AI? ⚠️ **ТОЧНЕ ВИПРАВЛЕННЯ ПОПЕРЕДНЬОЇ ПОМИЛКИ.** Питання про соцмережі — не про VK як «російську платформу» з обвинувальною рамкою (це я вигадав раніше, і це було неправильно). Реальні питання: (1) чи Ігоревич пов'язаний з компанією через Instagram-акаунт @goldyaim, (2) чи він з України, (3) чи він раніше користувався іншим ім'ям — Артем Михалюк — на старішому профілі VK, (4) чи він веде Telegram-канал «GoldyAI» про штучний інтелект. Жодного слова про «Russian platform» чи натяку на лояльність — цього в листі немає. ⚠️ **Джерело — Instagram, не VK.** Профіль VK згаданий лише як «старіший профіль з іншим іменем», знайдений як додаткова деталь, а не як основне джерело питання. ### About funding/ income: 1. How is Lume Studio funded and what are your primary sources of revenue? 2. Are the channels currently monetized through the YouTube Partner Program? 3. Approximately what share of your revenue is generated from AI-assisted or AI-generated content? 4. Can you provide an estimate of the total revenue generated by these channels since their creation? 5. Питання «яка ваша афіліація з ними» — ключове, і в нас досі немає зафіксованої відповіді, які саме стосунки в студії з Roxx_channel і ago_channel. **Це потрібно з'ясувати перед будь-якою публічною відповіддю.** 2. **Auschwitz-відео — колаборація трьох каналів**, дата публікації в листі — 09/02/2026, і воно опубліковане не тільки на нашому каналі, а спільно з @ago_channel. Наш попередній розбір (`03-research/auschwitz-check.md`) стосувався відео на каналі **Lume**, ID `CK4-seAtT58`, дата 09.02.2026 — це, найпевніше, той самий реліз, дата збігається (09/02 = 9 лютого). Формат дати в листі, схоже, ДД/ММ/РРРР, тобто дати не в майбутньому — це зняло непорозуміння. 3. **«Reviewed by a German Holocaust expert»** — нова заявлена деталь, якої не було в нашому розборі. Ім'я не назване в листі. Потребує перевірки: чи є посилання на конкретного експерта в annex, і чи це взагалі правда. 4. **«Insider familiar with your production process»** — заявлений витік із конкретними цифрами (1 сценарій/день, 2 сценаристи на 3 канали). Це вимагає внутрішньої перевірки в команді: чи є хтось, хто міг дати такі дані, і чи цифри взагалі правильні. 5. **TrueCrimeVault** — новий канал у списку, про який раніше не було зафіксовано нічого. Потрібно з'ясувати характер стосунків. 6. **Facebook/Instagram, не VK, — головне джерело питання про Ігоревича.** VK — лише додаткова деталь про старіший акаунт під іншим іменем. Жодної політичної рамки в питанні немає. 7. **Дедлайн підтверджено дослівно:** 18:00 за центральноєвропейським часом, вівторок, 25 серпня. 8. **Лист підписаний «The fern-Team»**, не персонально Julia чи Pascale — це командна відповідь, хоча відправниця конкретна. --- ## ЩО ВСЕ ЩЕ НЕ ВИДНО - Annex 1–4 самі файли (зображення/PDF) — тільки згадки про них у тексті - Чи є ще розділи листа за межами того, що на скріншотах (скрол міг не показати все) - Наскрізна нумерація «сорок питань» — можливо, це підрахунок усіх підпунктів разом; варто порахувати точно, коли буде повний текст
